House Cleaning in Franklin: what we see on the ground
House cleaning in Franklin is largely subdivision colonials off Chestnut Street and Lincoln Street: four bedrooms, two and a half baths, hardwood and carpet, a finished basement. We dust every room, vacuum stairs and carpets, mop hard floors and scrub kitchens and baths. Franklin families mostly run bi-weekly, with weekly common for larger households.
Most of our residential cleaning visits in Franklin are in Forge Hill, Oak Street area, Lincoln Street area and Chestnut Street corridor (ZIP 02038). If you are anywhere near I-495, we are already on that route most weeks. Franklin is a mix of 1990s to 2010s subdivisions with four-bedroom colonials, older two-families and Victorians around downtown, and large apartment and condo complexes near Forge Park, so a cleaning here can mean a 3,000-square-foot family home one hour and a one-bedroom unit with a fob and an elevator the next.
What is included in house cleaning
Mirrors and glass
Bathroom mirrors, glass tabletops, interior glass doors and the glass on framed art are cleaned streak-free on every visit.
Living and family rooms
Coffee tables, TV stands and bookshelves are dusted, cushions straightened, remotes wiped, and floors vacuumed and mopped as needed.
Trash and recycling
Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom wastebaskets are emptied and relined, so you are not reminded of the week's garbage when you walk in.
Bathrooms, scrubbed and sanitized
Toilets inside and out, tubs and showers scrubbed for soap scum, sinks and faucets polished, mirrors cleaned, and floors mopped with a disinfecting product.
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Our vacuums pull winter sand and pet hair from carpet pile, and we lift rugs to catch the grit that collects underneath them.
Dusting of all surfaces
We reach the spots most people skip: the tops of door frames, blinds, baseboards within reach, and the backs of chairs, as well as every open surface.
Kitchen, top to bottom
Counters and backsplash wiped, stovetop degreased, sink scrubbed and polished, outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave cleaned, and the floor mopped last.
