Welcome to iDust uRest. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at idusturest.com and the cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
iDust uRest provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning plans in the Boston area and MetroWest, Massachusetts. The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional tasks not included in the original quote may require an updated estimate.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be requested through our website, by phone, or by text message. A booking is confirmed once we provide you with a date and time. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments, and we will notify you as soon as possible if any change is needed.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the size of the space, the type of service, and the condition of the property. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual scope differs from what was described. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement is agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or lockouts where our team cannot access the property, may be subject to a fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or email.
Access to Your Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If you will not be present, you are responsible for arranging entry (for example, a key, lockbox, or access code). Our team follows clear instructions and secure access procedures to clean your space safely and respectfully.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will arrange to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
Liability
iDust uRest is fully insured. While we treat your property with the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured. Please inform us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items that require special handling.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS communications from iDust uRest, you agree to receive conversational and service-related text messages from our business. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations, and customer support responses.
