iDust uRest · Move In/Out Cleaning · Weston
Move in and move out cleaning is a one-time, top-to-bottom cleaning of an empty or nearly empty home in Weston. It goes further than a routine visit because nothing is in the way: we clean inside cabinets, drawers, the oven and the fridge, wipe closets and shelves, scrub bathrooms, and finish with baseboards and floors. iDust uRest has done this work for MetroWest movers since 2008.
Move-out cleanings are priced flat, based on size and condition, not by the hour. The price we text you is the price you pay. Realtors and property managers in the area use us repeatedly because the quote arrives quickly and the crew arrives when promised, which keeps closings and lease starts on schedule.

Move In And Move Out Cleaning in Weston: what we see on the ground
Move in and move out cleaning in Weston follows estate sales and new construction on multi-acre lots. Buyers want an empty home near Weston Center or Kendal Green cleaned before movers arrive, inside every closet, cabinet, oven and fridge. Sellers book a clean before photos, and relocation companies coordinate timing with us for executives transferring in.
Where we go in Weston: Riverside, Weston Center, Kendal Green and Silver Hill, plus the streets around Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). ZIP 02493. Weston is one of the state's most spacious towns, with estate homes, large colonials and modern rebuilds on multi-acre wooded lots, so cleaning means very large square footage, many bathrooms, guest wings and plenty of leaves, pollen and dust from long gravel drives.
What is included in move in and move out cleaning
Refrigerator and freezer inside
Shelves, bins and door seals are washed, spills are removed from the back wall, and the exterior is wiped so the fridge is ready for new groceries.
Inside cabinets and drawers
Every kitchen and bathroom cabinet and drawer is emptied of crumbs and dust, wiped inside and out, and left open to dry so nothing smells closed up.
Walls spot cleaned
We go room by room removing fingerprints, crayon, scuffs and food splatter from walls, paying attention to stairways and kids' rooms.
Oven and stovetop interior
The oven interior gets a full scrub, including the door glass and racks, and the cooktop is cleaned down to the burners and the drawer underneath.
Closets and shelving
We dust and wipe every closet shelf, rod and floor in bedrooms, hallways and the entry, including the high shelf most people never reach.
Windows inside, sills and tracks
We wash the inside of each window, clean the frames and sills, and clear the tracks of dead bugs and dirt so they slide and look clear.
Baseboards, trim and doors
Baseboards along every wall are wiped by hand, and door frames, doors, knobs and switch plates are cleaned of fingerprints and scuffs.
